Innovations Competition – We have our winner(s)!

At our Celebrity Gala Awards night on Friday in Coventry, the top innovation prize was awarded to -

The Rugrats and That’s Not My Name

The standard of entries and presentations to the panel was so high, that it was decided by the judges that TWO teams would share the overall £10,000 prize. The final winning teams and their innovations are -

TEAM – THE RUGRATS - Gemma Batcher, Tracie Hammond, Kelly Bridle, Sara Seager, Kellie Lansdown, Hayley Stewart
LOCATION – Walcot Imagine Nursery
INNOVATION – Mini Members Society - ‘Baby Club’ and ‘Junior Membership’ – An innovation to increase the number of young people and young families shopping with The Co-operative and becoming Society members.

TEAM – THAT’S NOT MY NAME - Bev Taylor, Stephanie Dalton, Shaun Smith, Matt Jefferies, Ashley Duckett, Maggie Stimpson, Christine Norris, Jenny Young.
LOCATION – Co-operative House
INNOVATION – On line induction – A cost saving innovation to deliver new colleague inductions through the Intranet and also using DVD/ CD-ROM.

The prize will be split between them.
